How is curbside impacted by Covid 19?

Due to Covid 19, please expect a higher than average number of substitutions and out of stock notices on items Please use the substitutions drop down on product to provide our personal shoppers with direction on how to best fill your order if we happen to be out of a product you selected.

How much is the curbside fee?
We charge $4.99 per order.

Do you charge more online than in store?
No! You pay the same prices in store as you do for Curbside. All prices are the same! Even all the benefits of your customer rewards account are applied at check out! Any sale we have inside the store, will also be captured for our curbside service!

What can I buy?
Anything and everything you can buy in-store. Shop by department, or use our handy filters to quickly find new, organic, or locally made items. If you’ve placed an order with us before, you can use our reorder feature to quickly restock your old favorites with just a few clicks.

Can I trust you to choose the freshest items?
Absolutely. Our trained personal shoppers carefully handpick each item, selecting only the best available products, including the freshest produce and finest cuts of meats. If you are unsatisfied in any way, please call the curbside team at 734-844-2200 so we can help you!

What do I do when I arrive to pick up my order?
Once we’ve alerted you that your order is ready, pull into our designated curbside parking spot around the back of the store, call inside, and an associate will deliver your order and load your car for you. That’s all there is to it!

Logging In:
Be sure to log in to our website site for a personalized experience. If you are having trouble logging in call 734-844-2200.

Pickup times:
You will receive an email every time the status of your order changes.  You will be notified when we have received your order, as it is being shopped, and when your order has been processed and is ready for pickup!  Once you receive the email that your order is ready, come any time before 7pm to pick it up!

Same Day Pickup:
Orders must be placed by 12pm for same day pickup. Once you place your order you will receive an e-mail confirmation. Please call 734-844-2200 if you do not receive this confirmation.  Please note that this is subject to change during holidays and other high volume driving events, however, we will do our best to get everyone’s order completed as quickly as possible during these times!

My Customer Rewards:
You will receive all customer rewards benefits that you would receive in store. Your personal shopper will provide you with a receipt so you can track your savings!

Credit Card is the only method of payment at this time. We will place a hold on your account 15% above your estimated total to account for weighted items, bottle deposits etc. Once your order has been fully shopped, we will finalize the transaction and charge your credit card for the accurate amount. If there are any issues with your transaction, you can call us at 734.844.2200 so we can remedy it for you!

Tipping is not required as we are a full service market, however, if you wish to show your appreciation to the team, you can add a tip via your credit card during the checkout process. No cash accepted.

Product Freshness:
Your personal shopper will shop your order and store it in our dedicated temperature controlled curbside area. This goes for both refrigerated and freezer items.  Our shoppers are trained to pick the FRESHEST products from every department.  Once shopped, your order is immediately processed and then taken to these temperature controlled areas.  Your order will never sit “out”.  Orders are completed from start to finish all at once!

You will receive every sale price that we advertise in the store. The price you pay is determined on the day we shop your order, not the day you place the order.  You will be notified of any price changes!

Weighted Items:
For items that are priced by the pound, your shopper will select the items that most closely match the weight you wish to purchase. You will be billed only for the actual amount of product selected. Because of this, your total paid at time of checkout will vary slightly compared to your estimated online total.

Where do I pick up my groceries?
Upon arrival at the store, pull into the designated curbside pickup parking spaces located near the back of the store. Look for the Curbside signs directing you to the location. Once there, call the number on the sign and let them know you are here to pick up your order!

What if the product I order is not available?
As you order each item, we will ask you if you would like to allow for substitutions. Our goal is to never be out of stock on any item, however if an item is out of stock, we will make an appropriate substitution if available. If you do not receive an item, it means we were out of that item and there was no substitute available.

Can I order Alcohol or Tobacco online?
Orders containing alcoholic beverages and tobacco will be available for pickup. Prior to handing the customer their order, our employees must check your driver’s license to verify age. If an adult over the age of 21 is not present at the time of pickup any alcohol or tobacco products will be removed from the order.

Who is authorized to pick up my online order?
You or a responsible person must pick up your order once you have been notified that your order is ready. If your order includes alcohol, you or your designated recipient must be 21 years of age or older.

What if I need to return a product I received in my order?
Our goal is 100% satisfaction.  If you do encounter an issue with your shopped order, or you need to make a return, contact our curbside team by calling 734.844.2200
