Generation to generation

Our lasagna is delicious and classically Italian. It brings together all of the things we love in a good pasta dish: noodles, cheeses, fresh herbs and a delicious meat sauce. Our Italian chef, Frank, uses his own family's recipe, passed down from generation to generation. Using only the best ingredients, our lasagna is made with San Marzano tomatoes that are crushed and mixed with juicy meat and seasonings for our sauce, a 3 cheese blend, and authentic lasagna noodles all layered on top of one another, creating the perfect balance of flavor and texture in each bite! Noi Mangiamo!

In true Italian form, we make a large lasagna pan that feeds about 9-12 people, located in our Grab & Go case. Don’t forget a loaf of our freshly made garlic bread with our homemade garlic butter, a bottle of Pinot Noir and you have one happy tummy on a cold winters night! Bake off at 350° for 25-30 minutes and your lasagna is *muah* perfetto!
